Cancellation Policy
I am committed to providing every client with exceptional care and a smooth experience. I understand things happen and schedules change, so I kindly ask for at least 24 hours notice for any cancellation or reschedule.
I accept cash, Zelle, Apple Pay or Venmo for all services. Cards kept on file are used ONLY for late cancellations and no-show fees.
If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, the appointment is considered a no-show. Any no-show or cancellation within 24 hours will result in a 25% fee charged to the card on file.
